Practicing yoga at work with Jewels has helped me bring balance into my work life both mentally and physically. I used to be super stressed with deadlines and demands but now I find myself thinking more positive while practicing my yoga breath and releasing control, something Julie taught us to do in class. Physically, I feel less muscle tension and pain around my neck, shoulders and back since practicing some of the yoga stretches I’ve learned in class during my long work day in front of the computer. Having our company provide this service to us made me realize they care about my wellbeing, elevating my job satisfaction and morale. Now I look forward to the next class and wonder what other cool moves and meditations she will teach me to calm my nerves.”
